REGISTRATION

The possible reasons your property is not registered are:-

1. The Property was built after 1966

2. The Property was not registered.

3. The property is not in the Borough of Hatherleigh (this is not the same as the Parish of Hatherleigh)

4. If you are still uncertain please email your full address, name and proof of occupancy to issues@hatherleighmoor.co.uk and if valid we will register you on the system.

5. The property is already registered with someone else , please email your full address, name and proof of occupancy to issues@hatherleighmoor.co.uk and if valid we will register you on the system.

6. Any other questions please email issues@hatherleighmoor.co.uk

WHY LOGIN?(only PotBoilers can login, one entry per property)

If YOU login your email is listed against your property, see above. This will allow us and in the future the committee to contact you easily and quickly regarding token payments, grants to third party organisations, third party payments and any decisions made regarding the moor. Giving you the opportunity to comment and influence the decisions made.
You will also be able to use the comment facility and any other facilities added in the future.
We will require proof of residency if another tries to register your property on the system. If the email is not valid you will be removed from the system.

LOGOUT

If you “logout from the system” this will remove your record from the system and the property can then be registered by another. And you will have to re-register to regain access to the “Comment” function. You will need to do this if you wish to change your email address.

If you “logout from this computer” means that if you wish to use this computer again, for access to the system you will need to login again.

Any comments and other communications will be kept.

COOKIES

The cookies are only used to remove the need to login every time you wish to use the system and are deleted when you logout.
